All payments made for treatments and services at GlitterBox Head Spa are non-refundable. Once a treatment has been booked and paid for, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credit.

We encourage all clients to carefully review the details of their treatment, including expected outcomes, contraindications, and aftercare, prior to payment. By proceeding with your booking and payment, you acknowledge and agree to these non-refundable terms.

Exceptions:
Refunds will only be considered in the following rare circumstances:
A duplicate payment or billing error on our part
A treatment was cancelled by GlitterBox Head Spa and cannot be rescheduled
A service could not be provided due to unforeseen circumstances caused by us

All exception requests must be submitted in writing to info@myglitterbox.co.uk within 7 days of the original appointment or payment date. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
