Refund & Late Arrival Policy

All payments made for treatments and services at GlitterBox Head Spa are strictly non-refundable. Once a booking has been confirmed and payment has been received, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, transfers, or credit notes.

We strongly encourage all clients to carefully review their chosen treatment, including any contraindications, expected results, and aftercare requirements, before completing their booking. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Late Arrivals

To ensure all clients receive the full experience and to avoid disruption to subsequent appointments, clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled or shortened at our discretion. In such cases, the full treatment fee will remain payable and no refund will be issued.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:

• A duplicate payment or billing error has occurred on our part
• GlitterBox Head Spa cancels your appointment and is unable to offer a suitable alternative
• A booked service cannot be provided due to circumstances directly caused by GlitterBox Head Spa

Any refund request under these exceptions must be submitted in writing to info@myglitterbox.co.uk within 7 days of the original appointment or payment date. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

By booking and paying for any treatment or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
