By booking an appointment or purchasing products from GlitterBox Head Spa, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Appointments

Appointments must be booked in advance and paid for in full unless otherwise agreed.

Arrival

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled.

Treatments

Treatment times include consultation where applicable.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Products

Retail products may be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Liability

GlitterBox Head Spa accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings while visiting the salon.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
